Lettings Negotiator
required for busy independent estate agent in Cambridge

£16-20,000 basic salary, plus bonus

Our client, a very busy and leading independent estate agent based in Cambridge, are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Lettings department.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to;

Handle customer enquiries in full, from both tenant and landlord

Follow up enquiries

Match applicants to suitable properties

Arrange and attend viewings

Negotiate tenancy terms and let properties

Sell additional services within the business

Liaise between tenants and landlords

Canvass for new business

Candidate requirements for the role;

Full and valid driving licence

Knowledge of the local area

Self-motivated, customer service orientated mindset

Highly organised and proactive

Articulate and presentable

My client is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their very busy Lettings team. The current portfolio of properties managed by the lettings team is huge, therefore this job role holds a lot of opportunity for the successful candidate. Working with a leading local independent estate agent, full training will be given and on the job learning will be taken from long established industry professionals.

My client is happy to accept applications from candidates either with property lettings experience, or with no experience at all in the property market. A successful non-experienced candidate would likely come from a background in sales, a fast-paced customer service role or an administration role.

Salary: £16-20,000 basic salary, dependent on experience. Commission structure in addition to basic salary.
